okay so obviously I need to lose weight. well I dont mind getting on the tredmill its just that if i look at the same thing everynight while i'm on there (which is the road because my treadmill is facing the front door) i get bored and its no fun anymore...I already listen to music but thats to focus my mind on something else. I tried asking my parents to move the treadmill in the livingroom so I can watch TV while i'm working out but they still wont go for that! Any suggestions on how to make it more fun?
