He'll know you have confidence and you wont sound desperate. Guys dont like it when a friend asks them out for you because then they think your not confident. Good luck&& hope it helped:-) [ oxshortstufffxo's advice column | Ask oxshortstufffxo A Question ]

I had the same problem last year, this boy was really cute but he wouldn't ask me out. So me , being the outspoken person that I am, I asked him out myself. All you have to do is find out if he is going somewhere on the weekend and wear something really hot.and then he''ll think that you are really pretty. Start talking to him, that will make you become friends. Then make your move, This is how you start off say "I thin k that you are really cute and we both like eachother so I wabt to know if you want to go out?", Or you could get your friends to ask him out for you.
Who knows he might be scared and thinking the same thing that you are thinking and os scared to ask you.So my best advice for you is to go for it.
