Well.... i realllllly like this kid, and i have NO IDEA if he likes me back or anything and like my friends are always like you should tell him you like him and stuff... but the thing about it is that i have 2 worries 1. he doesnt like me back! and 2. his friends are the type of guys that are like you like him and are always asking out girls for them and like there just jokin around and stuff. i dont kno so will you guys help????? should i tell him or not??

DEFINATELY tell him. i just went through the same thing. Heres my story:
I just started high school about a month ago. I met this guy at one of the dances and we talked and stuff. then after school he comes by and talks at where i get picked up. I asked one of my friends to see if he likes me. so she told him that i liked him. now homecoming is next friday and i was hoping he would ask me, but i didnt tell anybody. i turned down an offer in case he would ask me. 2 days ago my friend called me and said that she was just talking to him and that he said he was going to ask me to homecoming!
so my advice to you is to tell him! you never know what might happen. besides, whats the worse that could happen? lol its just a guy =)

My advice to you tell is to tell him, but before you do get to know eachother better and hang out with him. I have the same problem and i have told him, and now he likes me kinda and we went out twice already!!! So get to be friends and then write him a note if you are to nervous to talk to him in person, say I kinda like u more than a friend. But say it in your own words.
