tummy!

Question Posted Thursday September 29 2005, 12:53 pm

I'm not overweight or anything, but my tummy could really do with some toning up! I already do ju-jitsu and go swimming twice a week, so I'm quite active. I just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for getting a flatter tummy. Thanks! btw, I'm 16/f

Crunches, and lots of them. Swimming tones the arms and legs. That leaves the stomach. Just do around 100 good crunches a day, and that area will be plenty tones. :)
