Japanese Hair Straightning

Question Posted Thursday September 29 2005, 10:18 am

Hi, I'm thinking of doing the japanese hair straightning thing and I saw on one of your answers to someone that you said that you've done it. I have a few questions :).

- Does it hurt?
- How long does it last?
- Do your roots grow out?
- Does your hair look dead/feel icky?
- When you use products to put a little volume in it, does it work?

Hehe, I hope that isn't too much trouble.

-no it does not hurt at all!
-it lasts 6 months
-yes your roots grow out but it takes a whileee
-your hair will look incredibly shiny, and soft
-im not sure about this one because your hair comes out pinstraight... so i dont know if you can use products to add a little volume.. maybe you can ask a hairdresser who specialises in it.
i hope i answered your questions!
