cheerleadinq ok i`m a qood cheerleader.. like i`m on an allstar team but my jumps suck wicked bad. like i`m extremlly flexable and can do both spilts att the way down and i can do a bow and arrow and i`m the most flexable on my team. but my jumps suck. how cna i make them better besides just practicning? thx

ok our gym has us do leg lifts to get our hip flexers more flexible to make us jump better. what you do is but your arms in a t and then lift your leg straight in the air behind your arm and snap down do that ten times on each leg. another one they have us do is to sit on the floor in a staddle and then lift each leg and twirl it in a circle for ten seconds. these will help imensly! ttyl! ♥ Kelley ♥ ]
