ok i`m a qood cheerleader.. like i`m on an allstar team but my jumps suck wicked bad. like i`m extremlly flexable and can do both spilts att the way down and i can do a bow and arrow and i`m the most flexable on my team. but my jumps suck. how cna i make them better besides just practicning? thx
