Hi. Yea. I'm like 140 pounds, 5'2, and 14 years old. I like think I'm fat, because I have a belly (big). I despratly need to lose some weight, but I don't know how. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

it depends on what you like to do. you could maybe ride your bike for 10 minutes every day or around the block.
