Then the page will refresh, and you should see a new page with an option to click on "BROWSE". Next, search your computer for the picture(s), and click "SUBMIT". Then the page will refresh yet again. You will see all/any images you happen to have on the new screen. Simply find the picture you want, and copy the PROVIDED URL in the top white slot.
Then if you'd like to post this picture somewhere, simply insert the URL where I instruct you to within the following HTML code:
< img src="URL OF THE PICTURE HERE" >
Then you simply delete the TWO EMPTY spaces that separate the < and > from the rest of the code, make sense?

Click on the 'Browse' tab next to the 'Upload a picture of you' section, and search for your picture to open and upload it. If your picture is too big, upload it to an image hosting site such as [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), and copy the direct URL and paste it into the 'URL of a picture of you' section of your Profile Settings.
