well i have a problem, well many to be exact but i dont really kno what to do about my best friend. she never tells me ne thing, its like she hates me when it comes to talking to me, i tell her everything and when she doesnt tell me things i feel really incompitent. How do i get her to talk to me and understand why i feel this way?

Well, some people just like that. They're more of a listener than a talker. Don't try and change her, dont try and make her tell you anything. People deal with their lives in different ways.
