It sounds like you might have something called bipolar disorder. I would suggest talking to your parents or doctor about it.

Well, I cannot tell if it is PMS or not. There's actually two or three possible things besides PMS.
PMS comes as you know every time before a period and you can time your watch by it. That's excellent to have that compared to what else it could be.

The second problem just might be depression with feeling like crying for no reason at the drop of the hat and emotionally happy then a wreck at other times. That is treatable with medication as is PMS.

What has me concerned though are the mood swings going up and down and you getting all weepy, then happy, excited and crash back down. That's not normal hun. This is typical of hypo-mania the state before BiPolar full blown disorder. In it you feel this way and it is never dangerous to you unless you of course become manic and delusional which is another story.

You probably will need medication to keep this in check so it does not develop into delusion and BiPolar Disorder. Talk to a doctor really, about all this and get properly diagnosed. If you notice anything like a ton of energy no-stop all the time this is that particular problem. If you also notice being ultra-hyper 24/7 it's a sympton as it energy beyond belief, inability to sleep too and if it's a combination of all of what you told me than it's a BIG medical concern and you have to advert it before it gets you for lack of a nicer way of what it does.

well.. yes you might have pms... but you might have manic depression.. or bipolar.. this is something when you have drastic mood swings in a short period of time for no reason... if it continues to happen like alot and it gets worse i would see a doctor.... but dont take it to seriously cuz it might just be pms... hope i helped...
