Question Posted Monday September 19 2005, 7:15 pm

I like this guy. One of my best friends likes him too. She knows I like him. She's really open with people and can talk to him easily. I go all quiet when I'm around him. While they get closer I feel like I'm getting farther away. Please help me figure out what to do!

Well i know it can be nerve recking to talk to your crush.(trust me i've been through it before) But sooner or later your going to have to talk to him even if its about anything. Unless you want to see them going out. Trust me just get the nerve to talk to (remember about anything), and believe me it works i was in that situation and i got the nerve to talk to him and two weeks later were going out. An dwe still are!

What you should do is try not to be so shy around him I know that it's not easy but if you don't stop being shy your friend and him will continue to be close and you will regret not doing anything about it when you had the chance.I hope that I helped but if not please visit me at my column.

Awh man that sucks.
Well if you reallie reallie like him that much then try and talk to him! What can you lose? You can get closer to him at the same time she is well getting used to meeting new people. Talk to your friend also, see who likes him more, so you guys dont get all competitive about him, my best friend talks about a guy that i like alot & its hard & ive tried telling her.........dont know if that worked out, but if you feel you like him more juss let your friend know. =]

just talk to him, open up to him, tell him what you do (hobbies),sports, things of that nature. He will probaly like that, since our so open to him. dont go over the top with him like soome girls do because they seem really desperate while doing it.

--hope it works and good luck to ya!--
