do you have to get your belly button pierced with a parent?.. or can you get it pierced and just have a sister or cousin older than 18 come ?

I am pretty sure that if you take someone over the age of 18 then you can get it done but sometimes it deoends where you go some times they don't permit you getting it peirced without a parent. hope i helped

It depends on the place you go to, usually you have to have a driver's permit (15), I just got mine done and I'm 14, but I needed my birth certificate and my student ID from school, and you need your legal guardian (your parents), unless you are over 18. Hope I helped!

You can get it pierced whenver you feel like if you have ice and an ice pick on hand.
