If your eyebrows are thin, and you don't want to dye your hair instead of dying it, try things out first, get the temporary 3-day hair dye thats most likely sold at the nearest retail/drug store near you. They're not that expensive, around $3-5. You may not want to dye your hair, but try highlights. You may just need to dye your eyebrows, however try this LAST.
As for makeup and foundation, don't try anything brown since afterall, you have much of it already. To much brown can make you look plain or even pale in its own way, try colors that'll brighten up your face, perferably eyeshadow, or just focus around the eyes. I'm not saying buy hot pink or blood red eye shadow, however, try something that'll brighten things up a bit. Best of luck!!! *MuaHz* [ Swe3ti3boO's advice column | Ask Swe3ti3boO A Question ]

I should imagine a lighter eyeshadow or brow pencil wouldn't work over dark brows because you'd just be able to see your natural color through lighter colors.
