What bothers me is your wanting to do this and that and not caring with whom just to get it done. That road is the wrong one to take because you will have forced this to happen and may have no positive memories of who you kissed and how it felt. Take your time, find the right person, actually enjoy it. This is not a competition or a I must do X before I turn X thing. It happens regardless of age because you waited and it was meant to be.
