I would not raise the topic unless he in fact does. What he saw may not be what you think he saw. He may not have seen an awful lot. If he starts asking questions then tell him age appropriate answers. Unless he wants info do not give it to him not knowing who or where he would say anything. He will come to you rather than you go to him. Odds are you are more embrassed than he is confused. If you do not want him blabbing to people let the issue die if you can.
He probably brushed it off anyways if he's in the 10-13 stage as "Oh, that's what this is and what they were doing." and not care or so you hope. Again, say nothing unless he comes out with questions and even then say nothing he should not know.

You tell him there are some things you're not meant to see. This would be one of them.
