A yeast infection should only be diagnosed by a doctor. It can be caused by tight under garments or wearing a wet bathing suit too long.

If you have a yeast infection, believe me, you'll feel it. You will be incredibly itchy and red. To ensure that you are completely healthy, it is a good idea to begin seeing a gynecologist once you get your first period or become sexually active.

it could of just been your discharge, if you have a yeast infection you will most likely know it some symptoms are discolored and smelly discharge, itching down there, if you have one you can just take an over the counter pill like monistat

Well I did some research and this is what it said Abnormal vaginal discharge
Ranges from a slightly watery, white discharge to a thick, white, chunky discharge (like cottage cheese)
Vaginal and labial itching, burning
Redness and/or inflammation of the vulvar skin
Pain with intercourse
Urination, painful

So if those symptoms apply to you, you might need to see a doctor, or get some medicine. Do some more research, =)
