Well, everyone's opinion is going to vary on something like this. It's really to each their own. The main thing to keep in consideration is to make sure you don't let this become an obsessive habit and effect your natural daily life. If you find yourself masterbating in place of hanging out with friends or doing something you use to enjoy, then I would say it is too much. I think 3 times a day is quite a lot though. I think you should try and ween yourself to maybe like once a week. That way it will be more special and you won't get burned out on it. But that's just my suggestion for you. :)
