Hey I just got my cartilage pierced yesterday and Im cleaning it more than is required cause I dont want it to get infected. I cleaned it for the 3rd time today and noticed a really light red color on the cotton I was using. Should I worry about this?

It's just blood, and it's just doing that because you just got it pierced yesterday. The best advice I can give you is try not to do it as hard, you might be turning the earring too much, or you could be pressing to hard. It could also be because you're cleaning it three times a day, it might get irritated, so maybe you should stick to only two times a day, and then whenever you've had it in a little longer clean it more!
