ok so i have this friend, shes getting really thin, and i dont like it....should i tell her, or should i just let it go until its too much?

tell her ,ask her about it and dont make her feel like crap maybe shes just thinning out cause shes trying to imn a healthy way...if not tell her to stop anf try to help her...
