You have to let nature run it's course. Yes, you love him & yes, it's going to take forever and a day to get over this boy, but you have to.
Lying to you about being sexually active is one thing, but going behind your back and cheating on you is another. You should definitely dump this kid, he isn't worth anything.
You should DEFINITELY dump him, before he gets the chance to do so towards you. If he dumps you, then you will look like the fool who believed him, and was dumped by him. [NO offense, but my friend was in your siutation, and that's how it worked out.]
