Modeling sites?

My friend wants to become a model.Hes about 16-17 and male...living in Mechnicsville/Richmond Virginia.
If anyone could list any sites that have modeling agencies,or even better: modeling tryouts in Richmond,VA that would be great!

I answered this yesterday about acting. Web sites are for people they suck in and promise stuff to so you will pay and never get any calls. Never pay an acting, talent, or modelling agency anything. Do your home work here. Find the right agent by going through the Screen Actor's Guild and Unions for actors. They know who to hook up with for all of this. Avoid newspapers too and the pitch be a model, be in movies etc. Classic way to get scammed do not pay for headshots--anything. Too good to be true run away.
