I am looking for a seasoning used at Noodles & Company on their Buttered Noodles. It is a green herb seasoning. Does anyone know exactly what herbs they are, or something comparable I can buy at the grocery store?

Basil is very common and has a flavor you might associate with beef, tomato sauces, or mozzerella salads. Oregano is a similar spice, but with a stronger flavor and slightly more pungent smell. Parsley is often used on dishes. It has a very, very light flavor, but can help enhance the flavors of vegetable or chicken broth or dishes with butter sauces. Cilantro is generally more associated with Mexican dishes. All of these are available in most grocery stores.
The Noodles and Company website lists the ingredients of the Buttered Noodle dish as parmesan cheese and Italian Seasoning. McCormick Spices make a little plastic container of Italian seasoning which would include oregano, etc. This should also be available at your local grocery. Best wishes.
