How much do you think I would lose?

Question Posted Tuesday September 6 2005, 9:47 am

I am about 5'5 and weigh about 110 lbs. I plan to eat special k for breakfast everyday and drink plenty of water throughout the day and ocassionaly a diet coke and red bull. If I do this for 3 weeks how much weight do you think I could lose if I also lift weights and do crunches plus run 10-15 minutes a day?

you could probably lose a little weight. The best way to lose weight is to keep track of your carbs in a book for one week. then try to go for like maybe 300 carbs lower. the next week. trust me. in 5'4 and i weigh 90 lbs. im 14.

You are 110 pounds. I am thirteen and wieght around 130. I am not fat either. Why do you think you need to lose wieght exactly? If you just want to be healthy then that is fine but if it is for another reason then I say stop and start anew. But I guess if you have a schedule planned then that is better than making yourself puke and/or taking pills and such. Do as you wish as long as you don't go to drastic measures on it.

You don't need to lose weight. Don't overexert yourself.

well it sounds like your very thin to begin with, so i think youll be like 103-105 pounds after 3 weeks. i know it doesnt sound like that much, but you are already very light and dont have that much weight to lose!but you will build a lot of muscle by lifting weights and running(keep in mind muscle is heavier than fat). so even if you only lose 5 pounds, you'll look really great.
good luck;-)

Well, I certainly don't think you need to lose weight at all!!! But uhm, if you insist, it's your body. To answer your question, I'm shore you could lose a good 15 pounds. You'll notice that you've shed some prettie quickly, due to it being water weight. And then eating sensibly and getting an appropriate amount of exercise should lose another 10.
