ok thanks for the advice but how did you know their name and what's their name so i can report them under the abuse and last how could you tell or know that they had been banned begfore?

I am a L2 moderater, so I have access to the information. You don't need the name to file a report because we get the info the same way! Just cut and paste the info in the address line of your search page and they will get caught. Don't put up with any nonsense in your in box. Don't be afraid to reject a question. OK? :)
