what are some excersises that work on your "love handles" and also removing just stomach fat. thanxx. i rate!!

haha thanks! for exercising try doing sit ups..i dont really know any other good routines that would help for just that area so do about 50 of those in a day. Also try to eat less fatning things..(try water && low carb snacks) and that way your lose your "love handles" extra quick!
