Water works for me

When your hair is wet, you grab your hair and squeeze it towards your head...

V05 Curl mousse, L.A. Looks hair gel, or any other gel that you can find that squeezes out of a bottle.

Scrunching hair is simple. Just wet your head in the sink, and begin to towel-dry it. You don't want it to be dripping or soaking, just damp. You can either use a diffuser, which is a blow-dryer attachment to scrunch your hair, OR you can do it by hand in a few easy steps.
1. Squeeze some gel/mousse into your hand.
2. Rub both hands together so you have
the gel/mousse all over both hands.
(make sure its a layer, not just
lightly painted on there.)
3. Start at the bottom of your hair,
gather a 2 or 3 inch section and push
it up to the top of your head & squeeze
4. Repeat steps 1-3 till your entire head
is scrunched, then blow dry. (sometimes
it's best if you blow-dry it on low)

-***Do this && You'll look GORRRRGEOUS!

Start of with washing your hair.
Dry your hair with a towel.
Throw your hair foward so your hair is hanging to the floor.
Rub mousse on your palms and comb your fingers through your hair.
Take your hand and cup it and just squeeze your hair a little bit.
Clip your hair in a bun and let it stay like that for about ten minutes.
