Windows media player 7.1 and a program for downloading playl

I got windows media player 7.1 but now its not working.I try to open it but it says an internal application error has occured.Is their anyone on this site who has had this problem and fixed it.If so could they tell me how to fix it?I also tryed redownloading the whole program but it still says the same thing.Is there anything I can do to get it working?If there is not does anyone know a site that will let me download a program to create and save playlists for streamed music.I will rate fives to anyone who can help.Thanx.

hey! the same thing happened to me!!!! i coulidnt fix it and i tried EVERYTHING!!! i donwloaded bearshare...its easy, fast...and you can mak eplaylists...its for an ipod but you dont have to have one to use it. you can use it to just listen to music. if your interested ask me how to do it and ill answer back. so send one to the inbox. hope i helped. good luck. much love, -erica
