photoshop or paint
in photoshop how can i make a .giff or .jpg have a tint?
like black and white/ blue/ green. you nkow so it looks as if the picture is faded with that collor.
lolz i frikin forgot couze i switched to drawing in flash vector i dont use photoshop much.
plz help

I haven't used photoshop in a while, but I think putting it into the main view and going to Image->Adjustments should have a box that says something about tint. You would probably have to lasso it all first. Wait, no. Marquee it.

You can use a marquee effect and change the transparency level so that the picture shows through, or you can choose "color" in the options.
