is she fat?

Question Posted Wednesday August 31 2005, 10:51 pm

My friend is 12, weighs around 130 pounds, and is 5`3. She thinks she is fat and i don`t think she is at all! I`m scared that she might go on a huge diet or stop eating because that is all she can think about lately. what can i do to help her and is she really fat? thanks in advance!

well, first off, what does she look like? if she is self concious about her body, there might be something she would want to change besides that. maybe her style is bothering her, or her hair. tkae her mind off the weight and help her maybe fix something else.
