How long does wine last? I don't drink wine often, but I like to use it in my cooking. I have just been using 'cooking white wine' from the grocery store. But I would like to buy a good bottle of good wine to use instead. How long will an open bottle of wine last in my refridgerator?

If you keep a cork in the lid then it'll keep as long as you don't use it. Open, without a cork, maybe a few days. ]
It can last up to 4-5 days I believe. Sometimes longer depending on the brand. You should still put the cork back on the bottle though. But from my knowladge, I'm pretty sure it can last 4-5 days maybe longer. ]
I found two websites that offer you more information than I can. They answer this particular question, and any others you may have in relation:

It should last a long time if you keep it in the back of your fridge. DON'T keep it in the door. It's the warmest place in your refridgerator and it's really not good for wine. Keep the cork in it, and swirl it around every now and then, and it should last a few months.

Even if it is opened it still lasts a long time, just save the cork so it doesnt taste funky from things that sit in your fridge. It would be nasty if you wound up having sour milk in your fridge and your wine tasted like it. So save the cork! lol ]
