It's internet slang.
Translating pwned, it means owned, which for internet slang means you seriously beat the guy you are facing, etc.
And "noob" is basically a new player, inexpierenced or otherwise unskilled.
So translated in the whole, it basically means you just killed a whole bunch of new players, which in reality isn't much to be proud of.
