If anyone here is a cheerleader, can anyone tell me some tips on how to get my scorpion? And if you don't know, don't bother answering. Just tips on getting it down pat. I already have my right scale. Now I just need my right scorpion.

Ok, I would say if you dont have a split you need that first (stretch alot everyday) If you have that then squeeze your butt and legs and grab your foot. The more you try the better it gets!
