The trick to dieting is to eat SEVERAL SMALL portions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two hours later have a few crakers, and an hour later have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so forth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that gives your body time to digest it properly. You see, it's better than eating one or two huge meals a day, because with one or two massive meals, your body takes too long to catch up, and it can not burn the calories quick enough. Meaning, it then just quits trying, which ultimately turns the contents into body fat..
