how do you stay off

if your off a diet like you losted all the weight you wanted to how do you stay off like not gain any of it back do i still have to ride the bike a walk and such or can i just eat non-fatty foods and how do i lose about 10lb in a week would a treadmill work as good as ride a bike and does a treadmill lose weight in your stomach or just the legs how long will i have to do it a day i rate 5s

You can do whatever is easier for you, but I think losing 10lb a week is to much. I would 2-3lb a week or so but you don't have to do every week. Just be careful losin so much weigh can be bad trust me I know.
