Hi i was woundering if i could get money out of my UGMA account (Ugma stands for uniform gift minor accont.)

my dad says you cant get it out intill you are 18, but my mom says i sould be able to gat any thing thats under my name.who do you think is right?

I really have no idea because I don't use that bank. You would have to have one of your parents call them and ask about it. Or maybe they have a website.
