vitamins for healthy skin

What are the best sources to get the vitamins/minerals needed for healthy skin? and I am against supplements so pleast dont suggest supplements... thanks, hope ya can help.. if not thanks neway

hmm well, i dont know what you mean by supplements, are they like those pills? anyways..lol.. you could use like body lotion(i suggest from Aveeno because soy is proven to help give you healthy skin) to make your skin more healthy. and for your face, you could wash your face daily with an exfoliating cleanser. i use one from Dove, and i think it's great! other great sources are like fruits and veggies. i drink a couple of glasses of apple juice everyday, i'm probably one of those very few people that think apple juice tastes good.. lol. yaa.. i think that's all i know.. and if i suggested supplements, sorry.. but i hope my advice helped :)
