Try not to reach for those foods filled with salt,calories, and sugar. Instead get some fruit, veggies, and for drinks try whole fruit juices or best of all water. Along with that make sure you excercise atleast 30 min. each day. Ride your bike, walk to a friends house, swim, play a sport, make up a dance, just move! If you do both of those for ATLEAST 2 weeks you'll see changes!
