I also have dermatitis and I had the same problem. I have huge whites spots on my arms from it and I always have to wear long sleeved shirts. I had it when I was little but I used Cortizone-10 Plus and it went away. But a couple years later (now) it came back. I used this Aloe Vera stuff and it started to heal a little but then it stopped working. I haven't switched back to Cortizone yet because I'm going to the dermatologist, which I recommend you do. I went there and they told me to use Cortizone but it really depends why you have dermatitis. While it's healing, you should put a little concealing cream (that won't make you break out) over your white spots. Hope I helped! =)
