13/f- ok well i have a boyfriend and i really like him and he likes me a lot too and we go to the movies all the tym and we cuddle and things like that..lets call him fred..well whenever we are together fred kisses me and stuff but in the movies he acts like he wants to makeout with me but i thinks hes nervous that he will make me upset. i want to makeout with him too but it is kinda awkward..wil he just start making out with me or should i make the first move i dont know! thanks so much!

If you think he is nervous then he probablly is. I think that you should make the first move though because he is afraid to mess up. So just go for it.
