Just say, "yeah, i'd luv to" or something like that. You don't have to exaggerate everything like, "omg!!! i would absolutely love to go out with you!!!" ya know??? Just say what comes out first because that'll probably be the best thing for you. Hope i helped and good luck!!!

too eager? tell him to give you some time to think about it.. obviously you dont wanna just come out n say "YES" coz that might make you seem desperate.. just tell him to give you some time.. there is some other guys to consider.. then maybe after a day or two, tell him youll give him a shot :)
