Well..keep talkin! & To tell you the truth, you don't want him to be your best friend..Because if you like this boy then it will be hard to be more than friends if your already BEST friends. As far as gettin to kno u better..it takes time. And if you have a problem with him not lookin/actin like he knos u..tell him! But if your too shy, just wave and say hey. You never kno!
