According to the information that I've found, the "morning after" pill is basically a larger dose of birth control pills. ( [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ). But they ONLY work up to 72 hours after unprotected sex. After that, they won't work and they could hurt you and your baby.
And you could hurt yourself with the wrong dosage. You REALLY should go to a doctor to learn your options.

It can, however, fuck you up with a massive dose of hormones, as well as cause god-only-knows what sort of damage to the fetus. Birthcontrol pills are meant to be a regimented course - so taking a bunch of them is really a very unhealthy thing to do to yourself - it would be massively throwing your chemical balance way out of synch, and runs the risk of many complications - both physical and mental.
