ok well this guy is not talking to me but he always says he loves me and sometimes he willl talk to me but not that much and he used to want to go out with me until i went out with this guy i mean he was tellling me i had to wait then he told me to wait more so i went out with the one guy and now idk if he stilll likes me

i think you should tell him how you feel. it's the only way he'll know because frankly, most guys aren't mind readers and won't try. juss explain to him how you feel and things will fix themselves.
