Well, I have the code to do this and if you don't want to make your own contact table on Paint, you can go to these sites and choose a premade one.

As for the actual code to change your contact table, it's:

Just remove the spaces before or after the arrows and paste the URL of the contact table in the code. When you're done, paste the whole code into any section of your Myspace.
