hey. i'm going on a date to a thrice, finch and zox concert on thursday and i was wondering what i should wear. it's a first date, so how should i wear my hair and makeup? i'm 5'5", i have brown eyes, brown hair and i'm preppy. thanks.

wow i am so jealous i want to go haha...ok well these bands are all pretty much punk (which is awesome) anyway people are going to be pretty much dressed casualy like in band tees and black eye makeup maybe some studded belts skater clothes like umm volcom and stuff like that.
personally i would wear a cute jean skirt and a black tanktop or something. maybe the ones with the decorations...abercorombie has some really cute ones for like 20 bucks...and express is having a sale as well...as for shoes is the concert going to be outside? i would wear some flip flops or some cute sneakers you dont want to overdress.
as for makeup dont make your eyes TOO dark, but try and emphasise them. put some eyeliner on the top and bottom lids, some mascara and some black eyeliner on the outer part of your eyes...with your eyes getting a lot of attention i would not wear too much blush. foundation and maybe a little bronzer and some sheer tan/light pink lipgloss.

i have no clue what that band is but i suggest a pink and green collered outfit... green top, pink skirt. You hair... since you will probably be moving around a lot, try something that will stay like a ponytail! Try fancying it up with a ribbon!

Well, for your hair, definately wear it up, maybe in a sloppy bun or just a ponytail because it's gonna get hot and sweaty in there! Wear somthing comfortable, not too low cut, maybe a pair of jeans and a off shouldr shirt, probabally not a tee shirt cause that's a little too casual. If you want to wear a tee pair it with a flirty skirt. Keep your makeup lighter than normal. I would skip the eyeliner for tonight for fear of smudges...but black mascara and maybe some light brown eyeshadow and LIGHT lipstick, or just gloss.
Also some hoop earrings and a couple bangle bracelets to top it off.
Oh, and sneakers or flip flops cuz heels kill! lol

you should proably wear your hair up because it will get very hot! as for clothes just try a comfortable pair of pants and maybe a cammy with a button up shirt over it or a blue jean jacket. Stick with flip flops or other comfy shoes because the heels will kill you. haha. as for makeup do what you would normaly do ,and if you'd like to jazz it up a little try to bring out ur eyes with a light pink or white shadow, black eye liner and black masquera. dont over do it with foundation and blush. hope this helped. <3, sonnie
