Are there any other sites like this one on the web. Not the ones where they have the famous columnists but another that is set up this way - where you can either ask to general search pages or to a particular columnist

I'm not sure if there are any other sites where you can have your own advice column like you can here. However, if you're just looking for a place where you can ask for and offer advice, there are a few sites you might try.
The site below has a variety of advice categories. When you register, you can select the option to be emailed some questions in your favorite categories to answer. You can also go to the general advice page and answer any question posted there.

For relationship advice, I would suggest the site below. I myself am a member and have found that the other members offer great, caring advice. You can also answer any questions posted.
