Wow, that's not a love triangle. It's a square lol. Hmm well if you like Dillon, sure you can make a move on him. Denise doesn't like Dillon, so you won't hurt her. The only person who will be upset is Brad.
Why not give Brad a try? You know he's interested for sure, so give it a shot. You never know what could come out of it.

Yea, I think that you should make a move of Dillon even though he still likes your best friend. This is kind difficult so I really dont know what the right asnwer to this would be. You never know if Dillon would start liking you back. Just go for it. ;D
