how do i help?

my friends and i constantly suffer drama. we spend hours and hours at night on AIM trying to figure it out. it almost always ends up in someone crying or hurt. how do i help them with out just causing more drama?

There's really no way to STOP drama, because there's ALWAYS going to be one or more person starting it, or re-starting it. There's nothing you can do to help unless you WANT them to. Maybe they have some kind of insecurity issues [I can say I do] or something like that? Try to find out the reason why the drama starts all the time, then talk to them. If they want help then help, and if they don't I really don't know what to tell you. Good luck, sorry I wasn't more helpful, but I'm kind of in this position right now.
