heyy ya well im f/14 n wight about 112, i dont think im fat or nun like dat but i would like to tighten my stomach. i would love to have a lil six pack or sum like it hehe. well what can i do and about how long will it take?

But of corse do cruches and situps but remeber to work on other muscles at he same time. When i was trying to get my six pack my coach told me its lke impossible to have stomach muscles w/o having like arm muscle or legmuscle to so domt just do cunches but sdo puchups and run!
