diets does anyone know any really fast easy diets? .. i need to lose about 4 pounds. please dont give me the atkins diet. Thanks i rate high <3

WELL YOU PROBABLY REALLY DONT EVEN NEED A DiET PLAN . . . YOU SHOULD JUST DRiNK WATER && NO COKES. THEN LiKE AT NiGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED YOU COULD DO LiKE 100 CRUNCHES . . . OR YOU COULD LiKE GO ON BiKE RiDES OR GO ON A JOG AROUND THE NEiGHBORHOOD! THATS HOW i LOST 10 LBS BEFORE i WENT ON MY CRUiSE! WELL i HOPE iT WORKS!

Dont eat Junk food. No sugar foods, potato chips, or any typical snack foods. If you need a snack, have some grapes or an apple.
NO REGULAR POP. diet only. Reg. pop has waaay too much uneeded sugar and calories.
Exercise. Do an hour or two of a cardio activity. One that really works is Run hard for 30 seconds, then walk for 90 seconds, and repeat untill time is up. Then you can do crunches and leg lifts to tone up your abs and thighs.
*REALLY IMPORTANT* Drink tons of water. As much as you can. When people are thirsty, sometimes they mistake it for hunger pains. Especially late at night. The more water you drink the better, and the faster the weight will come off ]
i know a healthy fast way.
-sleep 9-10 hrs each night
-eat all 3 meals, especially breakfast w/ lil HEALTHY snacks in between, such as veggies, fruit, yogurt, etc. [it sounds weird but it helps your metabolism
-exersize for 1-2 hrs
that should do it. if not theres some diets on google, but make sure you do it healthy ]
